i do not know anything about what kind of setting this is… is it casual? how is the dress code?

We’re told that it’s a “no shorts/no running shoes” type of place.

Thanks for asking btw, Angie. For the record, the “no running shoes, no shorts” dress is only enforced later in the evening, 9pm or later, according to the owner.
